We start our day with a community meeting and the Kindness Pledge.
This is a little glimpse at what kindergarten looked like today:
On our First Day we:
shared what we know about racoons
discussed nocturnal animals
discussed relationships with family and friends
created fractions at the playdoh center
identified parts of a story
predicted familiar text
built bridges and towers that had many levels and planes
created a tunnel
built our fine motor muscles with playdoh
counted "real!" money
SHARED
went down the tornado slide 100 times!
LISTENED
fed Mrs. Kugler "strawberry pie, cookies, raspberries, pizza, a hotdog, a sandwich"
and had a great day!
I can't wait until tomorrow!!!!
